General Policies

Shipping (North America)
SANS shipments are fulfilled within three to five business days from receipt of order (depending on availability, holidays and weather conditions) via UPS. This is in addition to transit time from 1-7 days depending on location and UPS service level chosen. UPS Ground shipping to the continental US is free on orders over $100. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must select 2nd Day or Next Day Air only. Canadian orders ship by UPS Standard (All products Made in the US so duty free (NAFTA). You Are Still Responsible For Canadian Taxes and possibly a UPS brokerage fee depending on the value of your order). There is no shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO'S, or FPO'S.

Shipping (International Orders)
International shipments will be via TNT Express. Please be advised that your purchase may be subject to additional fees including but not limited to customs tariffs, duties, brokerage fees, excise and local taxes, or any other charge assessed by the receiving country or carrier. SANS will not be responsible for any of these assessed fees. If your order is returned for non pay of fees we will credit your account for the returned item upon receipt in original condition less any associated shipping, handling charges, or any fees assessed by the receiving country or carrier for the return postage as well as a 15% restocking fee.

We ship to most countries around the world. If your country is not listed please contact us.

Warranty/Exchanges/Returns
All packages are sent with insurance to cover them in the event of loss or damage. Please contact SANS immediately if your package arrives in a damaged condition or if it is lost in transit (please check tracking number first).

SANS accepts exchanges or returns if postmarked within 7 days of receipt in new condition with tags attached in the original packaging (please feel free to email before ordering if you have questions). Returns will be inspected and the full price is refunded. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Refund or exchanges are not possible if you have removed tags and/or the item has been worn.

To arrange an exchange or return, please send an email to orders@S-A-N-S.com, include your name, order number, and reason for exchange or return. Limited editions (i.e. shiny pug) cannot be returned.

Please note that SANS products are unique and/or limited editions and may vary slightly from photographs. Colors may appear different on monitor from original fabric.
